On the morning of August 2nd, Shandong Molong set up two examination rooms in the Science and Technology Park and the Beiluo Park to conduct management ability and job skills exams for 380 company management personnel. The exam covered job knowledge, company management systems, technology research and development, laws and regulations, and other aspects, with rich and comprehensive content and prominent focus. It comprehensively evaluated the knowledge reserves of reference personnel from different perspectives.
This exam is not only a knowledge test of learning ability, production skills, and work level, but also a comprehensive training of all employees' professional abilities. The exam results will serve as an important basis for the scientific and rational use of talents. In addition, the company will also conduct operational skills exams for more than 900 frontline employees in different ways.
